Reviewers should be good at expressing opinions on paper;
also, all aspects of the reviewed song or album should
be studied (such as beat or quality of lyrics), as well
as the album as a whole. Interested?
The music journalist should regularly submit articles and updates on current or 'hot' musical artists. These articles should be short and objective (i.e. no speeches or opinions). All types of music should be covered. Interested?
The writer for the 'what's new' section should actually know what's up. This person must stay on top of the new musical talent scene and also find out when new albums are due to be in stores. Objectivity is optional; however, the writer may not show excessive negativity. Interested?
